交易流程與一般問題

1.      如欲訂購,請先加入會員。 
        You need to register yourself as one of our members first. After we verify your information, we will email you 
   the user name and password.

 

2.      會員可線上使用的功能: 1.新料號報價下單 2.舊料號報價下單  3.查詢歷史明細  4.進度查詢

The members can uses :

1. ORDER ONLINE

2. REORDER THE PREVIOUS CASES

3. PREVIOUS CASES LIST

4. ORDER TRACKING

 

3.      本公司確認完GERBER檔案及工程問題無誤後,將會通知實際交期天數。

We will notify customers the “Lead-time” if the GERBER file and engineering issue are confirmable.

 

4.      訂單日以傳送GERBER檔案時間為準。

        Lead-time is subject to Gerber file (engineering issues) confirmation

 

5.      交期天數計算不含週六日及運送時間。

        Lead-time calculate is not included the weekend and delivery time.

 

6.      一旦資料確認無誤後,不接受訂單取消。

        No changes can be made to an order or files once you receive your order confirmation

        --  no exceptions. 

 

7.      資料確認完後,若製造中途客戶要求更改規格,客戶承擔全部責任。

If the customers ask us to change the specification in manufacturing process, the customer must take all responsibility.

   

8.      一旦訂單產生且產品開始製作,即可在線上進度查詢追蹤您的訂單。

        Once the production start, you could use the “ORDER TRACKING”
